北京北方華創真空技術有限公司（簡稱“北方華創真空”）是由七星電子工業爐分公司全資注入成立，公司擁有真空熱處理設備、氣氛保護熱處理設備、連續式熱處理設備和晶體生長設備四大類產品，廣泛應用于新能源、新材料、真空電子等領域。

北方華創真空2001年之前屬原電子部700廠（國營北京建中機器廠），上世紀60年代就為國內多條電子管生產線提供真空爐、氫氣爐、排氣臺等核心工藝裝備，奠定了中國真空電子管制造產業的基礎。90年代北方華創真空曾是中國主要的彩色顯像管制造裝備研制企業，所生產的排氣爐、退火爐、封接爐、老練等40余種關鍵設備大批量替代進口，對中國彩色電視機國產化貢獻卓著。90年代中后期，隨著國家電網的升級換代，真空開關替代傳統油開關，北方華創真空為真空開關管企業研制了陶瓷金屬化燒結爐及一次封排真空釬焊爐等核心設備，成為中國先進的真空開關管裝備供應商。2000年以后，隨著光伏行業的發展，北方華創真空又開始研發光伏行業用的單晶爐產品，所研制出的具有大裝爐量、高自動化程度特性的單晶爐，為全球先進的單晶硅材料制造商西安隆基提供了絕大部分產能供應。幾十年來，北方華創真空公司一直擔當著中國高端真空裝備研發和制造先進企業的角色，為中國高端裝備的國產化做出了貢獻。

Beijing NAURA Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd. (NAURA Vacuum) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sevenstar Electronic Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd., which has four product categories; vacuum heat treatment equipment, atmosphere-protective heat treatment equipment, continuous heat treatment equipment and crystal growth equipment which are widely used in new energy, new materials, vacuum electronics and other fields.

NAURA Vacuum was the Factory 700 subordinate to the original Electronics Department (state-owned Beijing Construction Machinery Factory) predating 2001. It provided vacuum furnaces, hydrogen furnaces, exhausts and other core technologies and equipment for a number of domestic electronic tube production lines in the 1960s, laying the foundation for China’s vacuum tube manufacturing industry. In the 1990s, NAURA Vacuum was China's main manufacturing and developing enterprise for color picture tubes. The over 40 kinds of key equipment manufactured, including exhaust furnaces, annealing furnaces, sealing furnaces, and sophisticated furnaces replaced imports of large quantities, contributing to the domination of color TVs domestically produced. In the mid and late 1990s, with the upgrading of the national grid, the vacuum switch replaced the traditional oil switch. NAURA Vacuum developed ceramic metalized sintering furnaces, one-off sealing vacuum brazing furnaces and other core equipment for vacuum switch enterprises, becoming the leading vacuum switch supplier. After 2000, with the development of photovoltaic industry, NAURA Vacuum has begun to develop single crystal furnace products used in the photovoltaic industry. The developed single crystal furnaces with large furnace capacity and high degree of automation have provided the majority of production capacity for Xi'an Longji – the world's leading manufacturer of monocrystalline silicon materials. Over decades on, NAURA Vacuum has served as the leader in researching and developing China's high-end vacuum equipment and its manufacture, and made contributions to China's high-end equipment to dominate in the market.

Today, NAURA Vacuum continues to shape domestic high-end brands of vacuum equipment with high starting level, high speed, and high efficiency. With the development of new materials, as well as the increase of demand for ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure vacuum equipment, the company has launched a variety of products for the industry of new materials; the varied thermal treatment equipment provided, such as vacuum brazing furnaces and high pressure vacuum furnaces, as well as thermal processing equipment like hot pressing sintering furnaces, ultra-high temperature reduction furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnaces, hydrogen sintering furnaces, etc., have been used in a large number of domestic and foreign first-class enterprises.
